Cockburn Central is a new regional centre destined to serve more than 200,000 people in Perth's rapidly growing south western corridor.
Located next to the Cockburn Central train station, the site off Beeliar Drive will mature into an important town centre for our rapidly growing southern metropolitan suburbs.
The centre will offer a mix of apartments, shops, eateries and offices, with plenty of opportunity for both living and working. Walking, cycling, driving and riding will all be easy at Cockburn Central.

The project was awarded the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) WA Planning Minister’s Award and also received PIA’s commendation for Urban Planning Achievement in August 2007.
