With our partners we are developing an exciting new regional centre in Perth’s southern corridor.
Cockburn Central Stage 1 comprises 13 lots within a 12ha town centre site.
Government services will locate to the town centre including the City of Cockburn and headquarters for the Fire and Emergency Service Authority (FESA).
Within a three-level plaza, facing the town square will be the new home for the City’s regional library and civic facilities, as well as additional office space.
Australand will construct five apartment buildings of three and four storeys creating a total of 480 residential apartments. It will also build a commercial development of around 6,500sqm floor space.
A planned civic centre and possible apartment complex will rise from its town centre location next to the Cockburn Central station will be jointly developed by the Castelli Group and Z-Corp Property Group.
A three-storey Civic Plaza will house local government services including the City of Cockburn’s new regional library and civic facility, and provide 2,073sqm of office space with 296 car parking bays on site.
