With the first residents now living in their new apartments, an exciting lifestyle is now taking shape at Cockburn Central. With our developer partners we are producing an exciting regional centre in Perth's southern corridor. In total, Cockburn Central will provide 1,000 homes when complete.

Australand will construct a total of five apartment buildings of three and four storeys creating a total of 480 residential apartments. Their Axis, Linx and Axon apartment buildings sold out within months of their release. Luxe apartments are now selling.
